About us

We’re here to put you in the driving seat, providing the hard evidence you need to build a road map that achieves positive change and informs better decision-making. We want our work to help make a difference, allowing you to do what you do even better.
How we work

You’ll find us down to earth and straightforward to deal with. We’re honest, upfront, energetic and enthusiastic.

Our approach is collaborative and our solutions tailored to each project. We like to think creatively and find different ways of designing our research and evaluation so it really works for you. We’ll ask you simple, pertinent questions to find out exactly what you need. Then we’ll design an approach to meet your goals. And, if you’re new to research, don’t worry – you don’t need to be the expert! We’ll guide and support you through everything.

We place huge value on the participants in research projects. We’ll always make sure that anyone who takes the time and trouble to take part in our projects feels appreciated and respected.

Our experience

You can relax in the knowledge that we have solid, impressive research credentials. With more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, we’re proud to be an Accredited Company Partner of the Market Research Society and adhere to its Code of Conduct.

Who we work with

Based in Oxford, we work with businesses, local authorities, charities, not-for-profit organisations, community groups and social enterprises. We take on research projects where we see real potential for people to make changes for the better.

We particularly like working with clients who share our passion for social value and community engagement and we’re a long-standing member of ROBIN – the Responsible Oxfordshire Business Involvement Network.

They were a pleasure to work with. They were flexible and efficient and communicated well with all the partners involved in our project. Louise was quick to grasp our needs and devised a comprehensive but cost-effective piece of research that really helped us design the appropriate solution for our customers.
